It's funny because a boxer on that eli seckbach youtube channel said that emmanuel augustus hit harder than shane.

If that is the case then why did he go through a string of people with decisions and hit Winky Wright flush and didn't even knock him down?

Padilla was the reigning WBO junior welterweight champion until Shane Mosley hit him hard while sparring, which caused a brain injury that prompted Padilla's boxing license to be suspended indefinitely.

I've heard the same from different people who have trained with Shane. People get caught up the steroids allegations/admission, but the reality is that Shane has always been that way. If you follow his life and different people who have crossed his path in the gym...they all say the same thing. One of the biggest factors is that Shane was a power-lifter in highschool and he is one of the few boxers that trains hard with weights during his training sessions. Some trainers are very anti-weight training but Shane's father is noted for Shane's power boxing style. The idea is to make every punch count.

Well I think the Vasquez that floored Wright 5 times was superman or something, because one would need a baseball bat to floor Wright.

Not surprised. Shane is a K.O. artist, most of his victories are via K.O.

Yeah, Shane doesn't have a potent Jab. It seems he flicks his jab to blind, and set up those looping rights.

Yes he is! Funny how there is still this misconception among the casual boxing public that Shane is some kind of phenomenal great BOXER. Shane is a Slugger with good speed. He doesn't match up well with a boxer like Floyd defensively. Mora has a great chance to win a UD.
