I know at least 2 people who never won a title that are ATG's. But, the circumstances behind that can't be ignored and I doubt you would use that as a comparison. But, maybe you're thinking of somebody else.

And I think he did look like shit against Garcia too, which is why I don't give him much of a chance against Pac. You can claim he was coasting all you want. But he didn't show half the work rate that he did when he was in his prime. He looked like he was about to fall over and die. Don't forget that Martinez challenged Margo for a rematch and Margo didnt go for it. To his dfense I guess a bigger money fight was promised to him by fighting Pac but at that point Pac's opponent wasn't selected yet
