A state inspector said that Margarito was found to have "a suspect bandage wrap inside a knuckle pad" that was to be placed atop both his fists. Inspector Che Guevara testified at the hearing that in three years and 150 hand wraps he had never seen such a pad.

"It was sweat-soaked, thinner and harder in certain areas, not hard as a rock, but firm and hard," Guevara was quoted as saying by the LA Times . He also said the pad had a stain "like old blood" on it. "It was not flexible. It was very firm," Guevara went on to state.

The "foreign substance" on the insert has not been identified, and the results of the "plaster-like" substance won't be known until mid-March.

State inspector Mike Bray revealed the following from his notes.

"There was a blood stain on the corner of the pad; [it was] moist and dirty looking with a white substance smeared across the pad, like a cast plaster ... I can see a substance smeared in the middle of this pad," Bray said, according to the LA Times .

It was old gauze get over yourself, Those so called "hard bandage" or watever are nowhere to be found first of all, it doesnt even say its plaster. The wetness was because Tony put on lotion on his hands and had extra old gauze on his hands. Gauze which is suppose to help the fighter protect his hands.

Keep in mind about 15 people touched Margaritos wraps that night including members of the mosley camp. Everything was going right according to the commision until ****m Richardson went ape **** on everyone.

Furthermore, just because you think he did not cheat does not make it so. There is a lot of evidence, in the form of Cotto's bout with Mosley, that suggests that he did cheat. Cotto looked almost without damage against Mosley, and in my opinion, not so bad against Pacquiao as he did against your hero.

That's if your hero wins. I expect him to lose. No matter the outcome, this will not vault him to top 10 ATG. No way. Beating a great fighter does not make the fighter that beat him great. He'd have to do a hell of a lot more than that.
          and on the flip side,

but because you think he did,

          doesn't make it so.

and no, Tony did not bust up Cottos face more, Pac did.

Margarito could go on and beat Mayweather and Pacquiao and still won't be Top 10 All Time because neither one of them are Top 10 or will finish Top 10 Either!

Nah actually it wasnt..This article was before testing came back which is why you should actually read it...The tests later confirmed that the wraps contained elements used to make casts or plaster of paris as its commonly known..Multiple ppl said the wraps were hard and Cepatillo and Margarito admitted at the hearing it was hard..On top of that Cepatillo admitted wrong doing..Its all stacked against you and the rest of the fringe youre just a 1 and a half late, sir..No hard feelings though..

someone had to go under the bus, They had a father son relationship, if me and my son were about to get killed i would take the bullet to save my child.

Did you know the air we breath contains water elements but that doesnt mean we breath water. So gfto with the whole plaster elements bollocks.

They didnt do anything wrong, California was against them from the beginning. They are the worst and most currupted commision in the union. Capetillo decided to take all the blame in hopes his son would be sent free but insted they both were taken down. Capetillo lied and tried to make it seem like he did everything wrong. When in all reality Capetillo and Margarito are innocent men.

There was nothing wrong with the wraps.

If you tape your hands with cottonballs that would be considered illegal by the commision and you will be told to remove it. They had old wraps and gauze that was it the moisture was from the lotion.

Go actually research what really happened insted of reading those BS biased articles.
