      If not,

      they're useless tests.
Floyd and shane get tested year round with old-fashoned Urine Tests, which cannot detect the newer versions of EPO.

cause EPO is not commonly known to the average boxing fan. they just assume that the boxing commissions are up to date with the latest PED testing procedures, which they're not.

and for Arum to 'allow' his cash cow to get one-upped by a GBP fighter is hard to stomach

even harder to believe that he was gonna get a cut off a pure GBP fight with PBF-Mosely for 'playing along'

another thing that doesn't add up is the fact that PBF-Mosely was NEVER set in stone...especially back in January 09....****, it took a natural disaster in Haiti for that fight to even happen

and for Arum to agree on a 'might happen' fight in exchange for one of his cash cows would be the opposite mentality of a 'money hungry' promoter

good story tho...you had me going...and there might be some truth in what you're saying but there's a lot of fiction covering up the cracks
Its true that Margarito was "hot property" after his win over Cotto, but afterwards, Margarito had no other bigger fights to make, other than a rematch with Cotto, which Cotto did not want.

Even though Arum abd GBP are enemies in public, they are business partners, behind the scenes.

Right now, both Arum and GBP, are promoting, together, all of Pac's fights. That's why Arum takes a 30% cut from Pac's purses, cause Arum splits it with GBP, as part of their lawsuit settlement agreement.

Mayweather would never fight Margarito, under any circumstances, but he would fight Mosley, given that Mosely takes OST before the fight.

Mosley was gonna fight Andre Berto without PED's in his system, like when he fought Cotto, to fool Mayweather that he's not on the "juice".

For Arum to agree on a 'might happen' fight in exchange for one of his temporary "cash cows" would be more money for him to make.
If Margarito had beaten an unjuiced Mosley, Margarito had no bigger fights out there, while a Mosley win over Margarito sets the stage for a potential fight with Mayweather, after Mosley fights Berto.
