ZERO fights. Pacquiao has tested positive for ZERO fights. So Pacquiao has more right to DECLINE the additional testing than Floyd has to demand it.

But fine, Pacquiao agreed to the testing Floyd offered. It doesn't matter when it was agreed to, but Floyd still got his way. And when the Pacquiao camp AND HBO tried to make the fight, what happend?

1.The Mayweather camp LIED about what happend.
2. Floyd then went on "vacation"
3.Margarito/Pacquiao was made OFFICIAL
4. Floyd then came back from vacation and popped off

The only ones who are in denial of this are Floyd fans.
