HBO, Arum, Goldenboy tried to make the fight with Floyd, but Floyd decided to go on a vacation and wasnt thinking about Boxing. Now that Marg/Pac is official, Floyd is ready to talk about boxing and how Pacquiao is ducking him and how does he do this?

It doesn't get more embarrassing than that if you're a fan of Floyd Mayweather Jr. You don't know how to react. You start trying to damage control comparing Floyd to Ali or Jack Johnson. You start trying to make people believe this is good for Boxing and Floyd is a marketing genius. You start to praise Floyd trying to spin something positive about this. But you CONSTANTLY are doing this because you know all of that isn't true.

What is true is that Floyd hid behind a webcam because he doesn't want to fight Pacquaio. Pacquaio, who despite of who he's fighting, IS fighting again. Where as the person you GROUPIES call "the savior of Boxing" is taking ANOTHER vacation.

Pac never agreed to full random tests.
Pac only agreed to take blood tests with a 14 day cut-offs.

At first Pac had declined and only said that he would take what the boxing commission standard test is, and that is urine tests, within a month from the fight.

Floyd wanted random blood tests.
and when word got out that EPO can only be traced with blood test, Pac agreed to blood test, so long its done , no less than 14 days from the fight, which is more than enough time to clear out EPO from the body, because it only takes 2 days to clear.

Question:
1) EPO is a naturally occurring substance in the body. Could an athlete who lives at altitude or has great genetics and thus might have more EPO in their body naturally than a normal person, test positive for EPO?

Dr. Don Catlin: "No. Currently, to be convicted of an EPO offense athletes must test positive for EPO with the urine EPO test. The urine EPO test is not an indirect test that detects unusually high EPO levels. Rather, it is a direct test that detects the actual presence of recombinant EPO (EPO from a source outside the body). Thus, it would be foolish for an athlete to argue that the test was just showing a naturally high level of natural EPO. As Dr. Catlin said to us, with the urine EPO test the testers "see a footprint of the (recombinant EPO) molecule". The World Anti-Doping Report of March 11, 2003, evaluating the urine EPO test concluded, "the urine EPO test is the only existing test to directly evaluate and prove the EPO abuse of athletes"
