wrong, pac agreed to full random testing, he even said he did just so he can find it if thats the reason floyd wasnt fighting him before. now we know floyd was just ducking him and using testing as an excuse

Its because Pac (through Arum, Oscar and Schaeffer) filed a Federal Lawsuit, and has had a Federal Judge issue a GAG Order on Floyd and his family, barring them from making public statements about Pac and his Steroid uses.

That's why Floyd is pissed, and working around that GAG order, by making other different statements, to piss of Pac , Arum, and the rest of Team Pacquiao.
