From what I am told by good sources, both camps are trying to get out of the fight and Showtime is threatening legal action because if the fight does not come off, the tournament goes down the drain.

Tournaments like this don't work in boxing. Jermain Taylor would never have gone on to fight Abraham after getting ko by Froch. Boxers need to pick their opponents based on their latest fight.
