    u born with it u just got to learn the best way..punching power is how quick u is mentally ya iq and punchin power go hand in hand..the higher ya iq the harder u can punch...a course u got to take stye in consideration..if tyson fought forrest with some james toney moves cuz his hieght..he would still be champ even with out cus dmato...he got about 35 lbs of muscle on toney and they the same height

      guys who plant their feet and use their legs and whole otrso to step in and turn with the punch can get you more pop. doing excerises that helps explosiveness and develop the fast twitch muscles (ie bag work) and minimize on the heavy weight lifting...
