I would tell my fighter to get in rounds, but not all of them. I would want my fighter to make a statement, particularly in this case. I don't think he did. Garcia did not look all that worse for the wear.

Margarito didn't even want to stop when Shane DEMOLISHED
his ass. Manny is going to have to sit on his punches like
Shane did to cause real damage because the Cotto stick
and move style will not work against Margarito. Pac is
going to have to hurt Margarito or completely outbox him.
No exchanges.

Exactly, Manny doesn't fight well going backward either. This is what makes this fight interesting to me.

I don't know about this one. I for one, don't think Pacquiao can knock out Margarito. I think Shane is stronger than Pacman. (Shane is more of a natural welterweight than pac).Miguel Cotto couldn't knock out margarito and he hit him flush their whole fight.

If Manny pulls this off, its going to go the distance. Only Boxer pac KO'd in the last 2 years was "hold and hit" Hatton who had a suspect chin anyway.
He didn't really retain KO power from the Superfeather weight division.

His power comes from his speed. If you're not ready (ie Cotto) you can be hurt. You're right though Mosley is stronger than pac. Sugar has one punch power>pac's one punch power, its Pac's endurance and speed that allow him to land bunches of punches from weird angles. I don't think that will be enough to ko Margs, but enough to win a solid decision.

What contradiction? Shane didn't **** it out with
Margarito because he NEVER gave Margarito an
opportunity to hit him. Do you understand the
definition of "**** OUT"? It means that both
fighters are hitting each other. Margarito didn't
get NO chances to effectively hit Mosley because
Mosley stopped Margarito's pressure by tying him
up and getting work done to his body. Pac is going
to have to stop Margarito's pressure. Cintron and
Cotto ****** out with Margarito NOT Shane. Get
it right before you call me out on something.

shane stood toe to toe with margs and got the better exchnges becuase margo was just not hurting shane ........cotto was outboxing the **** out of margo but could'nt stop the pressure,he was moving away from marg the whole time while getting his shots in , that was'nt more of a "****ing it out" than shane vs margs...

I think Bob would love a trilogy, he's a little short on ppv power for Pac after Margarito. I believe long ago Floyd made a pact to never again make Bob Arum another penny, if Manny went with golden boy, we might be watching Floyd/Pac 2 or 3. Fighters fight, promoters make the fights that serve their wallets. I will bet 6 bucks and my left nut that Pacmans next fight is one of Margarito, Cotto, or Foreman. And the fight after that also.
