I like margarito's confidence. he isn't gonna be backpedaling for the fight. should be an epic brawl while it lasts.

I don't know about this one. I for one, don't think Pacquiao can knock out Margarito. I think Shane is stronger than Pacman. (Shane is more of a natural welterweight than pac).Miguel Cotto couldn't knock out margarito and he hit him flush their whole fight.

If Manny pulls this off, its going to go the distance. Only Boxer pac KO'd in the last 2 years was "hold and hit" Hatton who had a suspect chin anyway.
He didn't really retain KO power from the Superfeather weight division.

but even then , his chin is weaker than past i can bet you that. if Pacquiao keeps tagging him, he might just retire on his stool..
Margarito didn't even want to stop when Shane DEMOLISHED
his ass. Manny is going to have to sit on his punches like
Shane did to cause real damage because the Cotto stick
and move style will not work against Margarito. Pac is
going to have to hurt Margarito or completely outbox him.
        No exchanges.

is fast so that might be too much for Margarito but
if Pac moves back like he did against Oscar and Cotto
did against Margarito, it could turn out to be a tough
fight for Manny. Shane showed the most effective
way to beat Margarito by bringing it to him and stopping
his pressure. If Pac is going to stay on the move then
his punches will lose power and Margarito's momentum
will build (Cotto fight). Manny's not known to be a
defensive fighter. I can see Manny winning but
wouldn't be surprised if Margarito pulled it off
somehow due to his durability. Have to check out
the Garcia fight because didn't bother to check
          tune in for it.
You should youtube if you have half an hour free. totally different Margarito. Margarito from back then looked way better and would ate Garcia alive tbh. thats why i say margarito isnt the same fighter and it will show fight night. he'll train hard but i think his iron chin days are gone. and he looks slower..

i agree with your points, mainly that pac will most likely win a decision but it aint gonna be easy for him because of the style of margarito, he brings a lot of pressure and fights to his height unlike oscar did, also the reach and pressure style brings problems for pacman!!! mainly how does he fight him using his foot work!! i doubt that floyd or shane would fight marg without tying him up, marg will be very busy during the exchanges and will be so much stronger than pac physically where shane was big in the upper body!!! i am very interested how pac fights this fight because of i dont think using footwork will be the right way to approach this because hatton was able to man handle pac in the clinches and i am sure marg is a hell of a lot stronger than hatton his!!

this prediction is mainly down to how marg takes the shots, if his chin is shattered by shane then pac will beat his ass but if marg can take it and still dish out some punishment himself then it will be a war

Let's say you're a boxing trainer, do you.......

              A. Tell your fighter to knock him out right away after a long layoff???

              or

              B. Tell him to get in rounds???

Pretty simple to answer this. Too bad many of you don't have a clue.

Agreed, very unlikely Pac KOs Marg.

If he does he deserves major props.

It's the punch that you don't see, that KTFO's you; IMO, Margarito won't see a couple of MP's "punchs in bunchs;" and the punch that Margarito won't be expecting (or will see coming) will be the one that will lay him out.
