Truth. Just like if anyone in MMA stepped into the ring against Manny. Destruction.

all he needs is one punch though.

imagine a straight left with those small gloves?

plus he has feet so maybe he can move fast enough not to get taken down in the 1st few seconds.

if he can just stay up long enough to land something , you never know.

Yea man People try to compare the two sports but theirs no sense in doing so there two completely different sports with one thing in common the stand up and even then the boxer will always be superior in that aspect but it comes as no surprise

Toney needed one punch too. Look at what happened there. DESTRUCTION.

toney is not really a heavy puncher though so even one punch probably wouldn't do.

                plus he has slow feet.

no matter , pac would not win many fights because he has no wrestling or submission skills.

it'd be interesting to see a great , prime boxer ktfo someone in an mma match though.

There is a growing trend of people believing MMA-ers are superior to boxers. Now I'm not gonna suggest whether I deem either to be superior, however, I do believe that even in 'cross-over' matches, styles make fights and I would like to stress to everyone that ALL of the former top class boxers who have either had a dabble with UFC or K1 have all been past their best, some woefully moreso than others - frans botha, trevor berbick, ray mercer, et al. Mercer hadn't won a significant boxing match for years yet was still able starch tim sylvia in ridiculously quick time so the 'argument' continues.
I think that a world class, peak boxer, fast of both hand and foot, would fare really well in the octagon but this isn't likely to happen as they would likely be passionate for success only in boxing, hence them embarking on a career in that chosen art and only makwe the switch, as per the aforementioned others, when they've ran out of options, and credibility, in boxing.
