This Detroit thing could well be a marketing thing to hoover up more ******s who are not into boxing. I think there is a very good chance that the Madaina/Khan fight will be in the UK if it is made at all.

Why would Khan even consider fighting in England ever again? He is beyond the British domestic scene, Not only that every time he fights he gets racists that go to his fight and shout racist slogans and throw beer bottles at him. Khan should only be fighting in America, I believe that after Maidana fight, Khan will be on HBO PPV.

Detroit is a dead city-major business moved out years ago. Half the city homes are deserted. Schools are terrible test scores extremely low(as expected). Crime is everywhere drugs-gangs murder are common. City council is a joke as is the school board no intelligence on either. Why in hell would any one schedule a function in a dead american city with no hope or future?? Ex NBA dude is the mayor. Old mayor in prison. Funny.

If Khan was to fight in England he would want to go for the 2 obvious choices, the MEN Arena and the O2 in London, both of which have rock concerts taking place on Dec 11th. I doubt it will be held in Detroit but im sure it'll be in America somwhere.
