bruce lee was a master at kung fu i believe. yeah palm strikes, elbows, fists, kicks etc.


all of the martial arts/fighting discplines are ancient techniques used by their respective culture/society. boxing, as we know it today, is relatively new. although historians have found evidence of "fighting competitions since 900 BC.
