Pacman has said, he's agreeing to the 14 day useless tests. Floyd has said, his on vacation. Both on interview.

Bob Arum said it's not as simple as that, he should know what was in the offer that was sent to Mayweather and it obviously wasn't a simple agreement to 14 days.

you're assuming, did you see the contract? now you're standing on Arum's words and giving your opinion as it is fact, while on the other hand *****s are telling arum is a lier. i am confuse with your logic.

Floyd has said numerous times, if Manny takes the tests the fight gets made. Manny is not willing to do this. I fail to see how Manny is "chasing" Floyd, and doing anything possible to make the fight happen. All he has to do is prove he's clean, something he clearly isn't willing to do. Face it Pacquiao fans: Your fighter might just be the biggest fraud of the last decade in boxing. And possibly in ALL of sports outside of POSSIBLY Barry Bonds. Floyd isn't on anything, that much, we can almost be certain of. So until Pacquiao proves he isn't on anything, it's HIS fault the fight doesn't get made. I have no respect for dirty athletes.

Evidently you're confused with the English language as well. Try posting something semi-readable, and maybe someone will respond to you in seriousness.

Did you see the contract? Pacquiao has lied in the past and why would Arum say that it's not as clear cut as Pacquiao agreeing to 14 days if Pacquiao agreed to 14 days?

Pacquiao also said at the beginning of the year that he would agree to the test but not on the day of the fight, an offer of 14 days was offered and he declined it. Pacquiao is a liar, if Pacquiao agreed to 14 days i'm pretty sure Bob Arum would have said so instead of saying it's not as clear cut as that.

Oh, and I bet that's not bias at all, eh?

And besides all that, you can take a TON of stuff and test clean 14 days before a fight. That's why they need RANDOM blood testing you dunce! Your hero is a dirty fighter, face it. Just face it. Because if he wasn't, he'd agree to the tests, and NOT leave $40 fackin' million on the table. Manny Pacquiao is a fraud, and one day, will be exposed. Assuming of course, that he actually agrees to random blood testing. Like a true MAN, and a true athlete would do. If he's clean like he claims, where is there a problem with random blood testing? I've still never gotten a conclusive answer to this question from the Pacquiao supporters. Heck, if doesn't even have to be against Floyd. Why not do random blood testing against Margarito, just to prove your clean Manny? Manny is a fighter, who's legacy was built off PEDs. Just like Barry Bonds. And guess what? Barry Bonds passed MANY drug tests. Which is why there is a need for random blood testing. Because it's too easy to beat tests otherwise.
