He likes the reward of getting a 154 pound title, but he doesnt want to put in the work of and take the RISK of fighting an 154 pound fighter AT 154 POUNDS.

Instead of saying the RISK is not Worth the REWARD I think I am too small to competitivly compete at 154, so I wont compete at 154.
