looked like he made a very rookie mistake and went for it early, which made him tight and he gassed then could never put his punches together. dont think for a minute though that Floyd wasn't mainly responsible for what Shane couldn't do. Floyd fought with balls pressing the action which is not what Mosley expected. He kept Shane off of his rhythm and worked him over good.

How do u nearly decapitate your opponent in the second round, then forget how to fight there on after. Yes Floyd made adjustments, but not to the extent where Mosley should have completely stopped throwing punches the way he did.

What is your take on what happened?
mosley is almost 40 years old

He gassed. I don't know why, I don't what went wrong, but he was tired in round 3, completely gassed in round 4, and dead on his feet from round 6 on. It's hard to throw when you are physically just unable.

MMosley was going for the 1 pucnh KO after that round. He was more focused on KO ing him than winning the fight.

Mosley remembered the orders his boss, Floyd's promoter GBP, gave him backstage.

If Mosley would have finished off the ****, Mosley would have been kicked out of GBP and sued by Oscar for millions of $$$ in lost revenue from a future Pac-May fight. Mosley is a warrior, but he has kids to feed and alimony to pay.

                LOL

"40 year old Shane was too old!, fight someone your age!"

"No, it was set up! Shane almost stopped Mayweather then stopped fighting after round 2..He was paid..I'm a hater"

Maybe when Floyd stopped boxing and went toe to toe Mosley was surprised and didn't have a plan B for 1. Floyd's speed combined with him coming forward 2. Floyd's accuracy, he can't miss, on top of pressuring Shane and Shane's defense never being great against boxers 3. Floyd being almost as big as Shane or just as big and the height differential wasn't that much either, Shane's only 1 inch taller. Mayweather had the speed to beat Mosley to the punch. Mayweather was boxing and being defensive in the first 2 rounds obviously, he just changed up his style from defensive to offensive and Shane only had an offensive style.
