like this megavideo thing...this alright.Cortdawg my dude, when I say he quit.
I dont mean he quit trying to throw punches, I mean he quit trying to win.
If you are trying to win a fight against Mayweather how do you allow yourself to get outworked by a fighter WHO averages 30 punches a round?
If you are trying to win a fight against Mayweather how do you allow yourself
to not COMMIT to any type of body attack?
If you are trying to win a fight against Mayweather how do you allow yourself
to feint with the best feinter in the sport in the past era?
QUIT= Abanding all efforts of winning
Survive = Do just enough not to get Knocked Out,
Shane QUIT!
QUIT: to stop trying, struggling, or the like; accept or acknowledge defeat.Comment

nearly? he went down..the ref just didnt call it..You're thinking to hard. The simple answer is the correct one. Floyd made the proper adjustments, he got mosley's speed down and maintained the right amount of distance throughout the rest of the fight.
Floyd does that a lot though. Perfect example is Zab Judah, It took floyd a few rounds to really get Zab's speed and timing down, hence Floyd losing a couple early rounds and even getting rocked and nearly flash knocked down. He completely dominated after though.
But yeah he made good adjustments to what mosley came to do..and Mosley didnt make any adjustments at all..and stopped throwing..
yeah after those 1st 3/4 rounds..shane just jumped around..no combos..didnt go off 1st..or even 2nd..i dunno what happened..but something did.Comment

Wow, so now he was nearly decapitated? If I remember correctly he didn't even go down to the canvas.I was rewatching the fight the other day, and I still have a hard time understanding what happened to Shane after round 2. How do u nearly decapitate your opponent in the second round, then forget how to fight there on after. Yes Floyd made adjustments, but not to the extent where Mosley should have completely stopped throwing punches the way he did.
What is your take on what happened?Comment

floyd is what hapopened.if you watch the 2nd round outside of those 2 punches mosley didn't really do anything floyd still was doin more and would of clearly won the round if not for those 2 punches, i don't know why people make it seem like shane was winning roundsI was rewatching the fight the other day, and I still have a hard time understanding what happened to Shane after round 2. yeah, the uncanny ability to shut down zab judah after 4 rounds......You're thinking to hard. The simple answer is the correct one. Floyd made the proper adjustments, he got mosley's speed down and maintained the right amount of distance throughout the rest of the fight.

I know boxing and I know for fact that Mayweather Mosley was staged fight!
Mosley wasnt allowed to throw head shots after he almost knocked china chin out with right slap in round 2Comment

Really? Then rewatch that. Mosley's left hook was as good as useless as Mayweather is a master at takin' that away. Mosley's jab is garbage, and Mayweather bending at the waist/ keeping his left shoulder up neutralized Mosley's overhand right, Mayweather already timed him. Mosley then resorted to using his shitty jab; which Mayweather constantly was able to set up the pull counter against, and thats that...Mosley was done. Of course, OSDT also comes into the equation
