Why bring up Marg's wraps being an aid to defeat and still say Floyd should have fought him. We didnt know about the wraps years ago but the fact that he got caught, Marg is completely out of the discussion for me in being an opponent for Floyd for that reason.

No I dont, Ive said it many times, I believe his confidence came from the wraps, but he's been exploited as a cheater, he holds no weight for me anymore as a past opponent for Floyd.

I agree..and that's why I'm saying..38 year old Mosley looked great against a low confidence guilty Margarito, and also looked to struggle against the one-dimensional Mayorga but that can slide since it was at 154

but even if it holds no weight and Mayweather could have very well been a victim just like any other prior Margarito opponent..at the time Margs called Mayweather out we didn't know anything about any inserts..so it just looked like a blatant duck..it was actually..but now it's like a "blessing in disguise" that he ducked him cuz he got caught..

I dont feel like it was a duck if Floyd thought the fight would be bigger later on. Also factor in his duels with Arum at the time, also factoring in what he did fight for in exchange, that being a lineal title and a little more money by his statements.
