I'M REALLY IMPRESSED ABOUT THE COURAGE THAT CALDERON SHOWED LAST NIGHT.If the rematch will happen,CALDERON'll win boxing and jabbing;he showed chin and heart........and also good left that stunned SEGURA(CALDERON has only 6KO in a lighter division);IRON BOY boxing in and out will win the rematch by UD,i bet all!!!GREAT FIGHT.

      learn from him

this is not juanma or gamboa. He fought the best in the division no matter what and I'm proud of him. Ivan you are considered on of the greatest of all time. There is no need for a rematch or anything. You make your money boxing and even when you still got it in you let's just retire healthy and like a champion my friend. You can also make a career as a commentator since you speak good Spanish and also English and you my man are one classy guy. Good luck. nitramzaid@hotmailcom

Cosign cienporciento. It's Seguras' time to try to reach any OTG list. It's time for the 35 yr old warrior to hang the gloves and walk to the Sunset.

I'm not sure how well he'll rebound. My friend and I were talking after Calderon's last fight against Iribe about how his legs looked gone, and even though he won, he was getting hit too much.

I thought Calderon looked old last night, and legs are the first thing to go. Calderon has pretty much made his living with his legs. I think time is just catching up with him.

Not trying to take anything away from Sigura's win. He fought a great fight.

I was surprised how accurate Segura was with his punches. He wasn't winging them like he usually does and showed alot of heart and wouldn't back off of Calderon. Fight of the year.

I agree, Calderon didn't box like he usually does. He slugged it out with Segura, lol. He won those rounds, but what very similar to Chavez-Taylor. Taylor (Calderon) was landing the flashier punches and was ahead but the work Chavez (Segura) was putting in the body was outstanding. Great great fight.

To me, Calderon is a HOFer as one of the best pure boxers and the best of his generation for the little guys but he's ancient for his weight class and it was incredible he stayed undefeated this long.

He deserves a rebound fight but I'd like to see him pack it in after last night. He got old a lot slower than most his weight class and should be proud of his career.

segura said days before the fight he would fight intelligently, not head hunting like others tried and he did that by cutting off the ring and going to the body, thats what slowed down calderon and made him quit at the end....it wasn't that hard of a shot but the accumulation of punches made him quit in the corner on his knees...

he stood because he had no choice,,those body shots slowed him down, segura had a great plan there, body shots will slow you down, couldn't stop laughing when i would see calderon trying to run and he really couldn't anymore, body shots and cutting off the ring is what won it for segura
