Yeah, thats what happens when you fight hard punchers who pressure the crap out of you. You couldn't keep running from him all night. Yeah, you actually fought an opponent who would make you swet. Same thing would happen in rematch because you can't handle the pressure.

I just looked at the photos of this fight, wow that guy he fought had an ugly hair cut. That ugly hair could distract any fighter during a fight, I'd be laughing like what the heck this guy actually thinks that looks good. He looks like a porky pine.

Ivan fought his fight, but Segura's power at that weight class is outstanding. Ivan can rest easy that HE lost to the best at 105, a much bigger, younger, stronger kid, but that doesn't take away from his skills which have helped him to beat this guys for a long time. Segura has a bright future, but should hire a hairdresser as soon as He lands on money or one of his friends should tell him that the Mohawk has been gone for decades now. LOL Great win for Segura.

Calderon will be back....IMO he'll need to land more hurtful shots to keep Segura off him....its like he had ZERO respect for what was coming back at him....anyway, I love his attitude of "down but not out".....rise again he will!!

He has nothing to be ashamed of, he gave it his all, and in my opinion that was FOTY. Segura was about a division and a half bigger then Calderon, the size disparity was that big, I had a feeling Calderon was gonna get stopped.

At a 1:33 of the first round, I said, "Calderon is not gonna survive 12 rounds with this guy." I had that gut feeling also...relentless pressure.
