White America needs to produce good boxers

Why does the usa love ufc? its because white fighters practically dominate the sport and white america loves it.
Face it, the only good american boxers are black and quite frankly mainstream white america dont care about them.

Just look at chad dawson and andre berto but yet when kelly pavlik comes on the scene hes huge.
White/black/hispanic people will support their own kind, just looking at the Ufc crowd tonight reminded me a of a wrestling match. All white drunks.

This isnt a racist post but all the white fighters are coming from europe, white fighters attract fans. Especially american whites and thats where the money is at.

Also the entire way boxing is managed and promoted is erroneous.

MMA has an advantage in that there is a central body (UFC) to govern and regulate it

Boxing doesnt have that, and it gives us a lot of problems.

True but could you imagine if there were 10 Kely pavliks or if the heavyweight champion was a goodlooking charasmatic white american?
It would just bring in a whole new fanbase

There are a ton of successful white boxers at the moment, but the problem is they are all European and are not really even introduced to the American market.

In addition that Americans may have a hard time relating to European boxers (particularly Eastern Euros).

Even with Kelly Pavlik, he was popular, but he wasn't "Chukc Liddell" popular.

Its more than race, it has to do with bad promoting, bad direction of the sport of boxing as a whole.

As opposed to athletic sports that require gifted athleticism.
