Of course this fight means nothing but in the eyes of the casual fan of both sports it just made boxing look like crap! They search out shot fighters and old men... the lost and forgotten of other sports. and then dare to claim they are the only authority on fighting. Yeah..but put Cotoure in TONEY's sport...and he gets a beating and stopped in 1-3. Cotoure is a better grappler and wrestler..Toney is like 9 months deep only? And he is FAT and past his prime. Different sports. Toney NEVER trained a day in his life in BJJ, Wrestling, Judo, etc before having the fight with Cotoure set up. Give him credit for going into THEIR sport.
