Clottey couldn't miss Pacquiao, can Margarito?

All this in in reference to Manny and how they fought him. Margarito is bigger and stronger than Manny (like DLH not more than)? He (Hatton) does fight face first and was slower than Manny, was he not? And for the first 5 rounds (in the Cotto fight), the work rate against him was very good compared to Manny's past fights - it doesn't have to be 100 punches, just generally speaking. But it could have been Cotto's game plan that made him look decent for those first 4 rounds. So my bad on that...

From my view, that's how I seen the other fights, I understand if you saw them differently and have a different opinion. I'm assuming we all see different things or we'd all be "yes" men to eachother.

in that case ur post makes absolutely no sense, a hybrid of manny's last couple of fights based on attributes shared by margarito? ...what? both dlh and cotto were bigger and stronger than manny. all those guys were slower than manny. and it wasnt cotto's workrate that made him look good, it was his technical skills and that was just for the first 2.5 rounds, not 4 or 5 rounds. but thats not my point, ur analogy doesnt make sense

Margarito will be able to land punches no doubt but to every one punch it will be about 4-5 punches from Pacman, the Hand Speed will be a serious problem just like it was against Mosley

the best way to nullify the advantage of Hand Speed of your opponent would be great Head Movement...and...well we know Margarito doesn't uses much head movement, his defense is basically to eat your best punches then hit you with his best punches

If i had an option, I would choose not to get hit in the head more than i had to... But that just me. No dude, no one seeks more trauma than they have to and although manny had some macho moments in the fight and i think those are the ones you are talking about, Clottey was consistently tagging him in the head. It's been a long time since i saw Clottey vs Margarito but that could be a good indicator of how good is Manny's defense.

Ok Silky Johnston, I was in no way comparing them to eachother just each fight and little bits of each fighter against him. And I did admit my mistake on the Cotto view about to why I believed he looked reasonable at the start of the fight.

I concede this argument to you. I think you know what I am meaning to try to explain but since I lack the vocabulary and comprehension to correctly spell it out, you find joy in mocking my less than average intelligence.

think about this what if clottey won that fight?what would generate more ppv clottey vs mayweather or pac vs mayweather??pac vs maywearther of course. clottey lost cause he got paid to loose watch the fight again pac couldnt hit him and every time clottey fired he nailed pac thats why he didnt let his hands go cause he could beat pac,clottey had to loose the fight

Margo shouldn't have much trouble landing, but at the same time Pacquiao won't either. I'm sure we all know which is worse. Pacquiao wins by 7th or 8th round TKO if Margo fights smartly. If he doesn't, it'll end even earlier.

Nah man... Pacquiao gets hit in every fight. The Cotto fight, the Clottey fight, the Marquez fights... He gets hit allot. Margarito won't be much different. Pacquiao won't obliterate Margo in a couple rounds, he couldn't do that to Oscar when they fought and we all know what Oscar looked like. Again Pacquiao will have to go to war. this should be common sense. when you're more an offensive fighter you run the risk more of getting hit. jmm, when he tried to match pac's offense, got hit multiple times, and went down.

even EM who's boxing ability was superior to pac in their fights, got hit a lot when he opened up and traded.
