Bernard Hopkinates fights... his entire modus operandi is to take away what the other fighter does. Often this involves holding, headbutting and brawling, plus throwing six punches a round. By definition he makes the fights uninteresting.

I don't mind him - at times - but by the very definition of how he fights, he makes it boring to win.

People have always hated him? He just got like one-two years of being liked for almost beating Calzaghe who is even more hated and for his masterfull performance against Pavlik. After the Jones fight people are back to the normal state of hating him again. That's at least what i think.
