Good point, however with the mutual agreement of Random OST between both fighters AND Mosley beating the stink out of Margo provided more legitamacy to the event, that is Mosley vs Mayweather.

but Pac agrees to fight Margarito and,

Who else would make Manny this much money?

You would think that all of those who ride with Floyd and his "business decisions", would be excited and happy for Pacquiao to making a fight of this magnitude. There are so many storylines behind this fight,

and all they can do is cry about how Texas is wrong and Margarito doesn't deserve a fight.

      I love it.

Business is in full swing boys! Be happy!

btw, when those that speak ill of Arum keeping his fights inhouse,

      just remember this,

      "boxing is a business".

Bob Arum is a businessman. You can't hate on him, hes gettin' his paper! What kind of dummy would share his money?

      Nice!!!!

Seeing as how Mayweather chose not to fight Margarito or Pacquiao for one reason or another,

I'd say it gives plenty of legitimacy to this particular event as well.

We've seen that fight twice already and both times, JMM couldn't help but kiss the canvas. At this stage, the bout isn't even competitive. We've seen Marquez at welterweight. Old, slow, and not at all impressive.

and I think Marquez is 1-1 with Manny despite what the actual record says.

            Margarito offers a fresh look.

Floyd's not interested in fighting Manny Pacquiao, period.

So what's Arum's alternative? And by Arum, I mean a greedy businessman who will do all in his power to maximize his own pockets.

Margarito is INFAMOUS from that scandal. Controversy sells, and Bob smells dollars like a shark senses blood.

Face it...boxing sucks at the moment.

                but "boxing is a business",

and thats all that matters right?

As long as somebodies pockets are being lined,

shouldn't we understand and respect that?

Strangely enough, the usual people who spout that mantra,

                have floyded this thread.

Meh, it is a business. We don't always have to agree with what a fighter is doing, to understand why they're doing it. I haven't liked a lot of Floyd's decisions, but I've understood them (some of them, anyway). I don't love the Pacquiao/Margarito fight, but I understand it.
