I find it tragically amusing how some fans jump on what Mosely said as if he had a direct link into Mayweather's head. Suddenly Mosley--who got his ass handed to him--is an authority on why the fight didn't happen? I guess it's all some people need to ignore reality.Comment

its painfully obvious to anyone who follows boxing, Floyd and the situtaion between him and Pac that what Shane has stated is in fact spot on.I find it tragically amusing how some fans jump on what Mosely said as if he had a direct link into Mayweather's head. Suddenly Mosley--who got his ass handed to him--is an authority on why the fight didn't happen? I guess it's all some people need to ignore reality.
lotta ppl feel the same way he does about the May Pac situation, it is as close to common sense as can be.Last edited by goldenglove2; 08-27-2010, 10:41 PM.Comment

..and what does him losing a fight have to do with anything? lol,....I find it tragically amusing how some fans jump on what Mosely said as if he had a direct link into Mayweather's head. Sorry to burst your bubble friend since I have a rational brain, but what my brain is telling me is that Mosley would like to line up for a possible fight with Paquiao. He already got his ass kicked by Mayweather too convincingly for a rematch, so the other big meal ticket out there is Pacquiao. He won't get nearly as much money of course, and the fight will be at a catch-weight, but it's a meal ticket none-the-less.
Simply because "lotta ppl feel the same way" doesn't make it true homie, that's called argumentum ad populum which is a fallacious argument, that somehow because "lotta" people believe something it must be true. I'm sorry, but with all of these catch-weight titles floating around I can't look on this situation as favorably as you do.Last edited by Slip Stream; 08-27-2010, 11:05 PM.Comment
