Because Manny refused it in january. You should be asking him this question but instead you put it on floyd. Floyd agreed to the 14 day cutoff, Manny refused, floyd decided not to offer it as a compromise again. You ask this question 500 times and its the same answer each time.

Fcastro1 if Manny had accepted the OST 14 day compromise stip in January the fight happens. Your point, although you are not man enough to post it, is floyd shouldn't ask manny for any stips while manny is allowed to ask floyd for anything. There is no way you, I or floyd knew the OST request would make manny squirm like this.

Floyd compromised, made it easier to make the fight in January and manny still refused. Manny never changed from his glove size, ring size, or overweight penalty that we know of. Now you want floyd to compromise some more yet you never ask manny to compromise?

Mosley sure as hell gives some great insight when he decides to open his mouth, I think he's 100% correct in his assersion of Mayweather wanting to control everything. Any victory b/f they get in the ring is leverage and Mosley fell into the trap of being the challenger not the champion.
