Simple as this the fight didn't get made the second time around because the old 14 day deal was or probably wasn't accepted. When he clearly stated after fighting with Mosley the 14 days are gone 0 days get it done. The 2nd negotations probably happening but ending so quick because if he ain't accepting 0 days ain't nothing to talk about since u could have accepted 14 the first time.
