          Pac wouldn't beat tito because he's not a boxer. But if the blown upm featherweight could box and move he absolutelyt would beat tito. Doesn't mean tito isn't a 1st ballot HOF

                    Oscar wasn't able to land a single left hook. Tito is good but there's a decent chance he could be made a fool of for 12 rounds.
