The article was spot on, why single out Manny Pacquiao? Mayweather, Oscar, Schaefer were shouting for the betterment/cleaning of sports but did they test the fight under their promotions? Was RJJ, Mosley, Vargas, Toney or Holyfield been asked to take USADA testing after being known of using PED? Why ask Pacquiao who was ONLY accused of all people by FMSr.? And dont give me about that bullcrap testing of FMJr vs Mosley which was deliberately cut off 18 days before the fight.

"Shane has signed a contract that says Floyd can dictate the terms of the drug testing. Anything that Floyd wants is all right, as long as Floyd submits to the same testing requirements as Shane. There is no provision one way or another in the contract for public disclosure of the test results, although I would think that the parties would be bound to report a positive test result to the Nevada commission"

If he's laughing about what the USADA does, what does he do when he looks at boxing's testing measures? Roll on the floor too?

ive never seen a athlete in any sport in any time period dictate to another athlete/opponent what test he should take & overrule the sport's ruling bodies tests & requirement.

              never.

can you imagine micheal jordan asking charles barkley or magic johnson to take a test not required by the nba, & if they dont, he wont play them in the nba finals?

its utterly ridiculous. just go across the board in all sport. when has this ever happened in professional sports? a athlete dictating to another athlete what test to take?

              its hypocritical & cowardly bigotry.

              ............................?????????????????????? ??

the sport's ruling body has steroid tests that have caught roy jones jr., james toney, fernando vargas, evander holyfield, chavez jr., omar nino, just to name a few, yet all of a sudden when a steroid expert group like the mayweathers accuse pac of steroid use without evidence the test is not good enough.

because according to floyd the philippines have the best peds in the world. how does he know? because the philippines have ZERO olympic gold medals....

or he's just a bitter, paranoid, spiteful, beyotch with zero balls.

Even the steroid that the mayweathers are accusing pac, a side meth does not exists.

thats the way for cleaning sport. floyd could/might want a crusade for cleaning the sport he could lead and support people like conte.

                  Nope. It's all perfectly clear.

Mosley thinks it's a situation where Mayweather wants to control everything before the two fighters step in the ring and that strategy continues to result in the fight falling apart. He doesn't feel Mayweather is really concerned with Pacquiao being on steroids. Mosley sees it as a situation where Mayweather is using the issue of random blood testing to control Pacquiao before the fight.

"I think with Floyd, with the blood test, was to get control of the situation with Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao said 'forget you, do you know who I am? I'm not going to give you any control. I'm not giving you control of the situation.' And Floyd wants to take control of the situation before they actually get in the ring. Basically trying to win the battle before the fight, before they get in the ring. That's probably the strategy to his tactics," Mosley said.

Boxing is such an international sport it is hard to have an effective test across the board. Also when you have star that make money everybody will look away or deflect in order to make money.

The reason that Pac got singled out is cause he is the face of boxing and would had brought more effective testing on the biggest platform. Refusing to submit to a strict drug test just fueled more assumptions especially with all the lame excuses that came after.

All pro sports will have PED issues and these substances will continue to evolve and testing methods have to be continually revised.
