JMM should stop him, but to be honest, a healthy Morales or Barrera would stop him just as fast. Katsidis is there to be hit.

Marquez is OLD, above optimum weight and struggled with Diaz' pressure...while Katsidis, though a little less refined than Diaz skills-wise, is a bigger, stronger-punching pressure-fighter who can fight through cuts.


I don't think this will be cake for Marquez like some do, it's a toss-up in my mind.

My man Marquez is going to box the living **** out of Katsidis, who couldn't handle Casamayor. And I know that Casa was great in his day, but he was clearly a shadow of himself at that point and Marquez handled him. Katsidis might score an early KD just because he is very, very strong, but he is going to get plastered by straight rights by the third. Marquez by KO 7.
