Katsidis should be able to make it interesting early on with his pressure so I expect the first few rounds to look similar to Marquez-Diaz 1, with Marquez maybe even going down because Katsidis is a bigger puncher than Diaz but after a few rounds I think Marquez will start to get his distance and timing down and start chopping Katsidis up, I think a stoppage will happen on cuts, Marquez has the type of punches that opens up opponents' skin and Katsidis has had a history of bad cuts.

Marquez by close decision. First off, what's good with everybody...haven't posted in awhile. How you doing tunney. Well on the subject, I feel Katsidis has improved as a fighter over the last couple of years and I think he could pose some issues for Marquez. I'm really not so sure how great the second Diaz win for marquez was...Being that Diaz has lost his last two, arguably his last three if you scored the first fight to malignaggi, which i did and felt that he was the clear winner. Had Diaz dropped a couple notches? Katsidis proved himself as a serious contender in his last fight destroying Mitchell. I think katsidis will get in on Marquez often early and will land some good leather on him but, I feel by about the 5th round Marquez will turn it up and will take over the fight using his right uppercut to perfection, and straight right hand. Marquez wins by 116-112. I don't rule out a possibility of Marquez stopping him though, once Marquez gets in his rythm and is finding his counter punching opportunities he can be seriously accurate and powerful. Just my two cents on it....I could go deeper into these boxers arsenal defensively and offensively, but i'm kinda tired haha.

Hey ho, hey hum. I think Kats can stop him, but the most likely way he can win - and I think he will win - is by SD.

        Let the blood spill!

Marquez will stop him, much like marquez-diaz 1 but with Katsidis getting hit more.

i think a victory by JMM over a younger, bigger and faster foe will be a BIG statement to those who still rate barrera and morales ahead of him... (like me...)

I think this will play out somewhat like the Casamayor fight where Katsidis troubles JMM early with his aggression but later on the pin point shots of JMM catch up to Kat and he gets the ko. Should be a great fight though and i wouldnt be surprised if there was an upset.

Marquez will win. Katsidis style is made for a skilled and powerful counterpuncher who likes to brawl every now and then. I give Michael a chance but he hasn't beaten anyone half as good as Juan Manuel.

The fight's way too long off for me to start betting, and I've got some Super Six action to take care of first. You'll be the first I'll hit up, though - it's about bloody time we had a bet.
