The banning of MMA could very easily translate to banning of Boxing. It's obvious the headtrauma from boxing can be extremely harmful.

Sad to see happen but I don't see any positives from it like others do. Canada has some great fighters and even better fans, it seems in some places boxing has a very strong fanbase. Hope it doesn't happen.

That's what im saying.....but some of these kats here are just too damn dense and obtuse to understand that..(for you fellas that means ******ed) seriously.....if they get this train rollin' there is no telling here it might reach.....

Looks like they are looking to ban MMA in Canada.........makes me wonder though.......if this goes down......what's to stop them from making Boxing the next sport to go???? and if Canada bans this........whats to stop others to follow??? this decision (although not exactly bout boxing) could have lots or re precautions on the sport we love.....

they just legalized it in Ontario which makes six of the ten provinces so far. It's not going to be banned.
