Why do people dislike Paul Williams?

He fights anyone for the right price, I mean seriously demanding 50/50 vs the middleweight champion? Yet hes a "throwback" fighter who everyone is afraid of? Yeah other fighters are afraid of negotiating with team Williams thats about it.

Hes an entertaining fighter and showed great heart vs Martinez but hes not really that great and sooner or later hes going to need to develop some boxing skills or keep avoiding big punchers. Look at the 4 rounds vs Cintron where were his punches?

I like Williams he is a good fighter but he needs to fight top guys big names or not and stop acting like he is a Mayweather class star. To this day his best win is Margarito or to those who didnt actually see the fight Martinez.

He isn't gonna get the big money fights against small welters so he needs to use his hight and frame to get to weight classes where the fighters have roughly the same height and reach as he does. Whats so ridiculous about that.
