you are the one working on the assumption that bob never wanted the fight with floyd.

in that scenario, im trying to explain that all floyd has to do was say yes. pretty risky in bob's part if he was hell bent to make margarito pacquiao., since everyone was expecting him to sign on, or at least continue with the negotiations.

so, let's say bob was pretending to want the fight. them agreeing to bs testing 14 days from a fight was a front. their consistent quotes from the media was there to make floyd look bad.

all floyd has to do was to make it seem that he wants the fight. he didn't even have to agree to those terms. he could have demanded more.

but he didn't. he has shown NO interest in this fight.

You're right, he hasn't. And won't as long as Manny won't comply with full testing. Hopefully Floyd maintains his stance while Manny searches for a new excuse.

"My fight with Manny Pacquiao is signed. It was one of the conditions that I gave to my manager, Jose Castillo, for me to sign with Bob Arum (Top Rank)," Boxing Scene’s Mark Vester, quoting Valero’s statement from SNOV, reported.

now, does that mean that number 2 is true? i don't know. they could have been bluffing. which is pretty stupid cause all floyd has to do was agree to basically everything he was asking for during the first negotiations and bob's "plan" would mean nothing..

short answer: none of the above, but floyd still looks like a ***** eithe way.
which floyd did including the 10 million for every pound over the limit but pac can't agree to OST? damn...

            you guys are really unbelievable.

the reason this fight wasn't made because of the testing. it was because floyd suddenly went mute.

even oscar said this fight happening depends on floyd.

get that? it depends if floyd wants the fight.

then you guys reasoned that he wasn't thinking about boxing at that point.

now, he says he's gonna fight again. right about when margarito-pacquiao is about to be a sure thing.

so now, you go back to the OST crap.

Make it seem he wnats the fight? How does he do that? So you want floyd to give you the same BS dog and pony show you got from Manny and top rank? Does that suddenly change everything?

He did EXACTLY what you are suggesting in January and people still said he ducked, coward etc. So why would that change now?

10 million doesn't matter if floyd did what he was supposed to which is to make weight.

that stipulation wouldn't have been asked for if floyd made the weight against marquez.

in that scenario, floyd happily paid the penalty so that he wouldn't have to make weight. he didn't even try. that's cause weighing above the agreed weight class won't hurt his wallet.

pac and floyd are gonna make 50 million in this fight. you think a couple of million will prevent either of them to go higher in weight if they wanted to?

the testing was/is just a smokescreen. what floyd really wants is 60/40
