The doctor says he needs to rest and not train/spar. So he hopes to come back in 9 months and his dream is to meet the winner of super six.

"Jimmy says I'm not the same" - Kessler just said....

The Super 6 tournament has been a huge let down in my honest opinion. Things like this are hard to manage because of the nature of boxing, fighters are likely to get injured and what not. It's hard to ensure everyone stay healthy.

the winner? thats quite a shortcut. i dont think losing a shutout then getting the nod in a close decision qualifies him for that. if he was in wards position it might, but hes not. even then he wouldnt be set for the finals, and now he isnt even set for the semi finals nor has looked that impressive. he should have to fight bute, the runner up or one of the semi final losers first before getting a shot at the winner.

anyone think taylor might get back in it? he said all along he wasnt retiring, just taking a break. i think he was looking for more time but lets be real, once he does come back his options are not that great. beating green is a good boost even if he doesnt qualify for the semi finals, good exposure.
