So....

He won't face Manny cos he's decided out of nowwhere after 40+ fights that he's concerned about drugs in the sport and wants Manny to take Olympic style testing.

He then won't accept the testing deal he previously said he would accept.

Then he says he won't face Manny cos he's having a break and spending time with his family.

Then just weeks later he's nearly in a position to announce his next fight.

How on earth can anyone defend Floyd, he's the most blatant liar and ducker going.

Agreed, race has nothing to do with it, supporting a guy from your country is fine but racism has no place in boxing.

Let's face it it could be pretty much anybody if this unreliable source turns out to be true. Pacquiao, Berto, Cotto, Bradley, Khan, Alexander, Bundrage, Martinez, Williams - none of thhese guys are contracted to a fight as of yet.

Don't count on this being true though, although for tax reasons Dubai would make sense.
