I think if they rematch Maidana could get him out of there or win more decisively(Kotelnik got a gift)

He seems to have improved since this fight.

His punches are more compact.

Hes really stepped up his game.

Its a little scary.

It wasn't a robbery, like another poster said...it was a hometown victory for Kotelnik. In Argentina, Maidana wins this fight with exactly the SD on the scorecards.

BTW Maidana clearly gave more trouble to Kotelnik than that hypejob Alexander.

I've been meaning to watch this fight for a while. I haven't been too impressed with Maidana other then his power and toughness so I'm surprised to hear how well he did in this fight against someone who is as skilled as Kotelnik. Maybe I'd changed my outlook on him...
