People say Ali when he was banned was the greatest fighter of all time....and he never fought anyone. Or Holmes? Who did Holmes beat? The same Ali that Berbick and Spinks beat? Wow, great competition. Or Bowe? Bowe fought Holy, that was it. Golata beat him down. He also ducked Tyson and Lewis.

it was ali who declared he was the greatest not the people. and he turned out really great so what's your point? holmes has some good names in his resume...the likes of ken norton, gerry cooney, shavers etc. you can't question that he had a better comp than wlad. bowe beat holyfield in his prime...that was a great accomplishment. but what's your beef really? i didn't try to put wlad down, i'm just saying it's hard to assess his chances against those former champs because of his current competition which obviously is inferior.
