Comments Thread For: Adamek vs Whitaker Could Be Next For November

Little Falls' Kathy Duva, whose Totowa-based Main Events promotes Adamek (42-1, 27 KOs), has been offered fights against each Klitschko brother this year, but she has patiently tried to make the fight as profitable as possible for Adamek, a Kearny resident from Gilowice, Poland. The fight could be worth at least $3 million for Adamek, who likely will have to travel to Germany to fight Wladimir Klitschko (54-3, 48 KOs) or Vitali Klitschko (40-2, 38 KOs). That would be a good fight for him. I'm glad that Adamek is keeping busy while the Klitschko's are fighting. I don't think he could beat either of them but he's been a good addition to the HW division.

who the hell is Lance Whitaker

but I understand what Adamek is doing as far as preparing himself for the Klitchko's by fighting bigger fighters

Lance Whitaker has fought many names; Sultan Ibragimov,Jason Estrada, Oliver McCall, Oleg Maskaev,Jameel McCline and other B fighters such as Ray Austin,Friday Ahunanya,Luan Krasniqi. Could be tricky to face such a tall guy 6′ 8″ who for sure will fight like a fox, knows all tricks of the trade. His reach is another obstace for Adamek, 84″.
