HAHA! This guy is an awful excuse for a writer. And that Ronnie guy is awful too. I had to start an account here finally just to say that this guy sucks at writing.

Two things:

1. No, if Margarito had come out and said 'I willingly cheated against Cotto, Cintron and Mosley' he wouldn't be forgiven and loved.

2. Margarito said words to the effect of 'I didn't know he was doing anything wrong, I trusted that he was following the rules'. Shane said exactly the same thing about his situation.

Shane tried to lie his way out of things. When it didn't work he used his connections to ensure that he wouldn't be asked about his cheating on TV by HBO. Did I miss the part when Shane came out and gave a full apology to the opponent(s) he cheated, the fans and the sport itself, or could it be that there was no such apology?
