Floyd and Cotto and may other fighters were fighting at a weight class they were killing themself to make and had to move up.They did`nt get faster moving up many weight classes.

Who said that he is faster??? Probably guys like Hatton, Cotto, DLH etc. aren't as fast as Featherweights? Mayweather to me looks also much faster against guys like Baldomir as he did against Jesus Chavez etc. it's not that he is getting faster, it is just that there is a difference in speed from 130 pounders to 147 pounders IMO
