Both the TS and Mack man are right. And, there are plenty of those type of fans on here.

Its the same people who criticize fighters for tough fights that dont understand why these fighters all expect 1million dollars a fight. Im glad Kotelnik-Alexander was a good fight, but I seem to be in the minority on that. When 1 or 2 guys completely dominate a division with no competition we criticize them(Klitschkos), but when we have a stacked division like JWW we criticize fighters when they dont completely dominate everyone. Its silly really.

I completely agree. It seems that in competitive fights, we call the favorite a hype job and unless he completely dominates a fights without getting hit, we seem to critique his smallest faults

Yes people complain that Devon-Kotelnik was competitive when it shouldnt have been, expecting a complete blowout, and then when the Klits do have complete blowouts, they complain.

Another thing is if non-American boxers begin to dominate a division it seems that the Americans lose interest with that division.

Market value drops. I'm sure Tyson earned a lot more being champ than Wlad or Vitali are getting around 20 years later.

Btw, MMA fighters under UFC contract also average around 2 fights a year.

i hate inactive fighters. they shoulud fight at least 4 x a year. 3 at the very least. i love looking forward to great fights
