    I think I found wha't wrong with boxing...Fans

A lot of fans seem to think 2 fights a year is plenty. I don't know where this came from, but apparently 3 month breaks are just not enough time. Fighting 3-4 times a year is out of the question.

    You guys are really brainwashed.

If the UFC wasn't a PPV model only I would have probably switched by now.

I think you're confusing fans with idiots who don't follow boxing and don't turn out to their local fights or even big fights in their own country.

This is one of the reasons why Huck has become one of my favorite fighters. He had four fights in 2008 and another four in 2009. He has already defended his title three times this year, and he'll probably do it again before the year is over.

That & so called fans who only support superstar fighters & everything they do while the superstars continue to rob us & the sport blind!!That's why I put my support behind fighters whom I believe are fighters who are hungry & want to really prove it!!

That all stems from a bigger problem though and thats that after losing one fight fighters are considered exposed hypejobs. Its not worth it for fighters to take tough fights unless they are making huge amounts of money because if they lose they are completely written off. If you fight 4 times a year there is too much risk that you may actually lose for it to make good business sense. If fans could accept that fighters lose fighters may be more eager to fight 4 times a year.

Both the TS and Mack man are right. And, there are plenty of those type of fans on here.

Adamek is also setting a good pace for activity.

3 fights already this year and plans to fight again in November.

                  That's why Fernando Montiel is a G.

Segura will be fighting for the third time, And most likely fight a fourth time this year.

They're milking fights from their little thoroughbreds. Like that guy in Godfather, someone should go chop off a low workrate boxer's head and leave it in his promoter's bed.

                    Lets see what happens.
