A tournament like this is exactly what the division needs. I know it's based off Showtime's Super Six format, but will it actually be on Showtime?

I think so, they've been talking about this for awhile now. Showtime seems to have found the right formula to make these Tourneys since the Super Six has been a nice success so far. They wanted to do the Bantam tourney but couldn't get all the guys on board.

as soon as you have multiple talented/known fighters evenly matched on paper like it appears to be the case at JWW and CW, just do it for the sake of the fans and boxing

there are some divisions right now too weak for a tournament to take place though (WW, MW,...)

well they're trying to make it a better division with a tournament, bringing attention and excitement to it

I know CW has always been perceived as the bastard division, but there have been some great fights and champions at the weight, and it looks like some needed new blood is there now with the Euro champs and all

should be a great tournament

a natural CW fights near the weight limit of 200 pounds and he doesn't ask his opponents to respect a 185 lbs bull**** catch-weight

add bj flores to this...hes a free agent finally.rjj square ring promotion doesnt make any fights for his stable.fres oquendo got the mormeck fight but wont get another...flores has 1 fight in 2 years under sr...hed be an excellent choice.
