        Im stating my case to why people insist that a 14day cutoff isnt valid when the same OST procedure that Shane and Floyd had wasnt valid either..

        It doesnt make sense to implement a test that your actually not going to abide with your self..

          Like I said why the f-ck you keep talking about it. The fight ain't happening this year or next year for that matter. Instead of you having a circle jerk with the pinoys there are other **** to talk about within boxing.

            Then how are they able to institute a cut-off if they decide to? Any athlete can volunteer to be tested all year at any time, why hasn't he done that?
