can you imagine how easy it would be for lets say, a once-a-year fighter, to pass with flying colors and reap the benefits of roids and look like a crusader?

Manny has not tested according to the Olympic Style Testing Procedure but then again neither has Floyd...

If these two are to one day see each other in the ring and if Floyd demands for Olympic Style testing are still on the table then they both need to test randomly starting now..

The test would be pointless if not.. Plenty of time for both fighters to use PED's IF they are using them..

Yet another proof the the son of the drug dealer ex-convict criminal Floyd Mayweather Sr. is a chicken and a coward who used blood testing to duck Manny Pacquiao.

You just condemned the Coward you ignorant supporter of drug trafficking like all *****s are.

If Floyd were serious he would still be participating in the year round blood test that he stopped participating in 4 months ago.

All you *****s are dumb moron supporters of a spineless coward. Shame on you drug trafficking and women battering supporters of the criminal Mayweather family.
Thats what im stating.. Since the OST issue was Floyds to begin with, he should be partaking in the procedure until now since he was the leader of this whole "cleaning up the sport" movement

Oh definitely, I have already came to that conclusion but my debate is that people want to complain about having a 14 day cut off should not be applied to OST testing, then Floyd should be leading his OST movement by being testing even after the Mosley fight.. DOUBLE STANDARD.

Why start thread after thread about this when Mayweather wouldn't fight Manny anyways. It has nothing to do with the fight or boxing in general.

Floyd never wanted Olympic Drug Testing implemented in boxing in the first place. He wanted "Olympic-style" drug testing implemented in his fights...they're not at all the same. He wanted it in his fights if/when Pacquiao was mentioned as an opponent.

Anyway. None of that matters. Fight won't happen. Both sides made agreeable concessions already, and no fight.

My take is....Mayweather simply has no real interest in fighting Manny. That's it. For whatever reason.

Again, Floyd NOR ANY ATHLETE gets to decide when and if they will be tested when they are out of competition. The USADA does that. ALL athletes are SUBJECT to out of competition testing. The USADA picks and chooses WHO they will test for their out of competition testing based on a number of different criteria. And, the testing schedules are different for different sports.

Q: How are athletes selected for OOC Testing?
A: USADA selects athletes to test in an out-of-competition setting based on an automated draw that considers a number of factors, including athlete ranking, risk of doping within each sport and test history. All athletes from all sports under USADA’s jurisdiction are subject to OOC testing and USADA has the right to test any athlete for any reason.
All NGBs are required to provide a list of athletes for inclusion in the USADA Registered Testing Pool at least quarterly. With respect to each athlete on the list and any additional athletes designated by USADA for inclusion in the USADA Registered Testing Pool, each athlete receives an OOC packet from USADA which includes a USADA Guide to Prohibited Substances and Prohibited Methods in Doping, wallet card, pertinent forms and educational materials. After initial entry into the USADA RTP, it is the responsibility of each individual athlete to provide USADA with current and updated information specifying his/her whereabouts. On a quarterly basis, USADA posts the names of the U.S. athletes who have been tested by USADA at www.usada.org.
