if Berto is smart he would take a fight with Mike Jones right now and catch him while he is not as his PEAK as fighter yet

I personally don't think Mike Jones is ready for Andre Berto...RIGHT NOW! in another year or so after fighting better competition then yeah I do think Mike Jones have the potential to beat Berto, no one else is available so Berto might as well do that fight and if he wins that will shut a lot of people up... TEMPORARILY at least

Berto deserves all the flack he is getting if he didnt throw his name in the 140 lb division for god knows what reason HBO wouldnt be trying to set him up with Maidana.

A fight with Jones is a hundred times better then a dumbass fight with any JWW which would throw an unneeded wrench in both divisions.

Maybe HBO thinks that they got one of their future stars (Alexander) through by a home cooked decision and they don't want Kotelnik to cause more trouble.
