I might just keep my subscription to HBO. I don't agree with Maidana being a possible opponent, but hopefully they force a Mike Jones fight. And if Berto want's to keep his ABC belt and fight Aydin, let him do it on Turkish TV.

HBO been running this sport for years but they been doing it the wrong way. Since there not going anywhere any time soon hopefully now they start forcing more meaningful matches where the outcome is already pre determine.

If Aydin does get his wish and fight with Berto I hope Berto gets robbed in that fight because of his cherrypicking. Mike Jones means nothing? But Quintana, Urango, Forbes, and Rodriguez do?

Berto is becoming an even worse version of Mayweather. At least Mayweather fought anybody back when he was in Bertos position.

Berto is kicking his feet and screaming and begging HBO to not throw him in the ring with a top opponent. That's why I don't know of one poster on here that likes him or respects him as a fighter. With that said, Don King is full of shit when he says Kotelnik would be a tough fighter for Berto. He looked so good against Alexander because I truely do believe Alexander had a somewhat off night. But Kotelnik isn't a power puncher, is a smaller guy, and is economical with his punch output. Basically tailor made for Berto. He's the worst opponent Berto could choose. I hope HBO forces this **** to fight Mike Jones like everybody wants.

I hope they tell his greedy cherrypicking ass, "forget about fighting on HBO unless you fight Mike Jones or Shane Mosley". HBO is so ****** too, if HBO doesn't buy Bertos lame sparring sessions, Berto would have nowhere to go. theres no place or channel in the world that would pay him $2mil to fight another Quintana again.

Don't know a ton about Mike Jones, but as others have said he's a welterweight, better than two options at 140 who would move up.

Maybe a Jones fight would get him some respect. I wouldn't mind a Jones fight because honestly, Jones isn't special, but if Berto fights Jones I kinda hope it's headlining in Dec or Nov instead of October. He just got over a torn left bicep, so just skip this October fight and fight in the Winter.
